Made to measure products e.g. Carpet, will be made specifically to your order, in accordance with the instructions and specifications you have given us.
You are responsible for checking and signing to confirm that you are satisfied that all details and aspects of your order are correct and suitable for your requirements, including measurements, dimensions, product features, access and delivery. Michael Heavin Carpets Ltd do not take responsibility for incorrect measurements provided by you.

We deliver within the Republic of Ireland and other EU countries as specified on our website.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary due to external factors.
Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

5. Returns and Refunds

Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days under EU consumer law.
Products must be returned in original condition and packaging for a refund.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless faulty.
There is a 20% restocking charge on some items.
The customer is responsible for costs of returning any items.

Any defective or damaged goods must be reported within a reasonable timeframe.
